ALL-AGES EVENT
AGES 18 & UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A LEGAL GUARDIAN

➸GATE HOURS & ADMISSION

  • Gate Entry Hours: 8 am to Midnight; Friday - Sunday                                                                                                      10 am to Midnight; Thursday (Cost is an additional $10 for Thursday entry)

  • All Ages Event

  • Children 10 & Under Free

  • Ages 18 & Under Must be Accompanied by their Legal Guardian

Gates will open at 10 am on Thursday for those interested in arriving a day early to join Thursday's pre-party and get prime pick on your camping location (NOTE: the cost is $10 per person for Thursday entry, paid at the gate upon arrival). NO ENTRY WILL BE ALLOWED PRIOR TO 10 AM ON THURSDAY!!! Once gates open they will remain open daily from 8am to Midnight each day, if you arrive outside these hours you will be turned away or asked to wait in a holding lot until gates re-open at 8am that morning. DRIVE SLOW when approaching the gates, the roads are curvy! The speed limit is 5 MPH once you enter the event grounds. This is an all ages event, but anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian to gain entry. Children ages 10 & under are free if accompanied by their legal guardian (please see the ADULT CONTENT WARNING section found below).  All vehicles entering will be subject to a search to ensure safety.  Cosmic Reunion is a rain or shine event.

Tickets are available online and at the gate.  Due to venue size and requirements the number of tickets available will be limited, be sure to get yours before they sell out! IMPORTANT NOTE:  Everyone entering the event grounds will need a Ticket - NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER WITHOUT A TICKET!  Be sure to print your ticket at home and have it ready when you approach the gates, (tickets on cell phones or tablets will not be accepted & there is no way to look up your order or name onsite due to limited cell reception, you MUST BRING YOUR PAPER TICKET WITH YOU). All tickets will be scanned at the gate to ensure validity, be sure to only purchase tickets through this website & our official Facebook app to ensure that you are not subject to fraud. Regardless of weather, changes to your schedule, personal choices, sickness, family emergencies or any other reason, ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, 100% NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE. By purchasing a ticket you understand & agree to all the information provided on this website. Tickets are however transferable & you are encouraged to gift your ticket if circumstances arise where you can not make the event.

➸RE-ENTRY

  • Re-entry will be allowed from 8 am to Midnight Daily

Re-entry will be allowed from with the proper credentials which can only be acquired at the main gate. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian when entering, leaving & re-entering the grounds. DO NOT attempt to drive off the event grounds if you are in any way impaired, security will not allow this under any circumstances!

 

➸CAMPING, RVs & BUSES

All event passes include onsite car side camping on a first come first serve basis in one of the creek side, meadow, or forest locations. If you are wishing to bring your RV (or bus), or camp in the heart of the action next to main stage or directly backstage we now also offer Camping Upgrade Passes (see below for details).

  • RV & LARGE VEHICLE PASS - ALL Large Vehicles, RV's, Buses and Travel Trailers must purchase a LARGE VEHICLE PASS to gain entry. These are available for $40 online or $60 at the gate and NO HOOKUPS are available. Large Vehicles includes all tow-able trailers over 10 ft in length and any vehicle over 20 ft long.   • COSMIC CAMPING UPGRADE - A camping upgrade pass that is close to the action & includes a Reserved Camping Space Next to Main Stage for One Standard Vehicle & up to 4 passengers. NOTE: This Add-On does NOT include Tickets & everyone in your party will still need an event ticket in addition to this camping upgrade.           CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE NOW!

  • BACKSTAGE CAMPING UPGRADE - A backstage camping upgrade that puts right next to the artists and bands you love and includes Backstage Camping Passes for 2 People & 1 Vehicle, Plus 2 Souvenir T-Shirts & Posters, and access to hot showers & nice bathrooms. NOTE: This Add-On does NOT include Tickets & everyone in your party will still need an event ticket in addition to this camping upgrade. ​CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE NOW!

 

➸VENDORS

There will be a limited number of Main Stage Craft & Food Vending Opportunities available this year. NO unauthorized vending will be allowed. IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL VENDORS are subject to all federal, state & local laws, this includes but is not limited to paying sales tax (county & state) & getting any permits or licenses required to conduct business within this region.   • MAIN STAGE FOOD VENDING: A very limited number of Main Stage Food Vendor Spots will be available and includes:

    • a reserved spot in Main Stage Field with electric

    • the rights to vend cooked foods & beverages during the entire event.

    • Cost is $150 per 10 amps of Electric needed 

    • All Crew will still need to purchase tickets to the event

    • All Food Vendors will also be required to put down a $200 Cleanup & Waste Deposit which you will get refunded to you onsite for checking-out with a tidy, clean and trash-free space.

  • MAIN STAGE CRAFT VENDING UPGRADE: A Limited Number of Main Stage Craft & Retail Vending Spots will be available & includes:

    • a 10' wide X 40' deep reserved craft vending space in main stage field right in the action (enough space for a 10' x 10' canopy, 1 standard vehicle & 1 tent)
    • Cost is $150 flat
    • This is a craft vending Upgrade only & NO Electric or Tickets are included in this package

  • FREE CRAFT BIZARRE VENDING: All ticket holders are welcome to vend their handmade crafts, cloths, art & farmers market items for FREE in the Craft Bizarre, these Spots are limited, NO frills 10' x 10' space available on a first come first serve basis when gates open. Only Handmade Arts and Craft Items will be allowed in this area and NO food, beverage, or retail vending will be allowed at the Bizarre. If found violating our policy you will be asked to leave without refund. DO NOT attempt to arrive before gates open or you will be turned away. If interested in joining the Bizarre all you need to do is purchase your ticket & arrive when gates open, no application or fee is needed. NOTE: These free craft spaces are limited and available on a first come first serve basis, all spots have 10 ft frontage but their depth varies, some have room to camp or park behind and others do not. If you arrive and you are not happy with the free spaces available or there are no more free spaces left we are NOT responsible or required to provide you with an alternative vending space.
     

➸SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

This year we are offering a limited number of Main Stage Sponsorship Packages that include a reserved Main Stage Sponsor Space where you can promote your brand, sell your wares or hand out free promo items to patrons! ➸COSMIC CAMPS & ART CARTS

If you have applied & been accepted to setup a Cosmic Camp or build a Cosmic Cart you will still be required to purchase a ticket - NO EXCEPTIONS! Your accepted application grants you Early Entry as early as Monday the week of the event at no additional charge! This is to give you time to setup, decorate, & get oriented with the event grounds. During this time however no vendors, general store, ice or goods will be available for purchase so be prepared with whatever you may need to survive for the few days prior to the grounds opening to general attendees. Also, no gas will be available for purchase at the event so Cosmic Cart creators will need to be sure & bring enough fuel to last throughout the event. All Cosmic Camps & Carts must bring their ticket & copy of acceptance email to the main gate to gain early entry, no exceptions!

➸HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY

If you are in need of an ADA Parking pass you MUST email astralvalley@gmail.com to obtain one prior to gates opening. ADA Parking Passes will NOT be available at the gate, so please be sure to contact us prior to arriving so we can better help meet your needs. NOTE: The event grounds are typical of Missouri Ozark terrain. Trails & foot paths are often rocky, steep, curvy, rough, grassy & hard to maneuver for some. Therefore we do not consider Astral Valley to be accessible for all.

➸ICE, MERCHANDISE & ATMS

Official merchandise & ice will be for sale on site during normal business hours. Vendors will be setup offering food, alcohol, crafts & other items. There will be an ATM on site for your convenience, see the map for it's location. The closest gas station and convenient store is located in French Village, MO about 5 miles away,  there you will find necessity camping items and other goodies.

➸SECURITY & SAFETY

EMTS & Security Personnel will be available throughout the event to ensure your safety.  Please be sure to respect them and do as they ask, they are there for your safety.  Please refer to your event guide to locate their headquarters in case of emergencies.

 

➸ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Alcohol will be for sale at the event to anyone over the age of 21.  Be sure to have your ID on you if you plan on purchasing or consuming alcohol.  Attendees over the age of 21 will be allowed to bring alcohol into the camping areas for personal consumption only, but NO GLASS will be allowed in the Venue period! No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to drink, possess or purchase alcohol during the event.

 

➸WEATHER & SET TIMES

Cosmic Reunion is a rain or shine event and ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. We will do everything in our power to ensure that all scheduled events take place as outlined.  However, in rare circumstances things happen that are beyond our control. Therefore all performance times are approximate and may be subject to delays, cancellations, or other setbacks as necessary. 

 

➸ADULT CONTENT WARNING & RADICAL SELF-EXPRESSION

We consider the event to be kid and family friendly and lots of children attend, however not everyone has the same opinions. Participants are encouraged to express themselves in a number of ways through various art forms & projects. We are not here to judge each other, but rather to embrace our differences, coexist, gift, learn & share. Public nudity may occur, although not common. We do NOT encourage or condone disorderly conduct, open sexual acts, or drug use. There is a fine line between what is & isn't offensive & what you might consider offensive for your children others may not. DO NOT bring your children if you are concerned about them being subjected to potential nudity or other behaviors you may deem unfit for them.

➸LEAVE-NO-TRACE

This is a LEAVE-NO-TRACE event! It's simple: leave the place you visit the same or better than you found it. If you see others not honoring the LEAVE-NO-TRACE motto take some time to explain to them why it's important & nicely ask them to pickup after themselves. Recycle bins will be placed around the property so it will be easy to clean up around your campsite & interactive areas. Please be sure to use them! The nice folks at Astral Valley have been kind enough to let us use their beautiful property so please respect it. Attendees found disrupting the natural beauty of the event park will be removed from the grounds without refund, we are serious here folks!

 

➸RULES, REGULATIONS & PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • NO WEAPONS of any kind (regardless of permit)

  • NO ILLEGAL DRUGS or Drug Paraphernalia - Violators will be ejected from the Festival & are subject to prosecution under local, state, & federal laws.

  • NO ENTRY ALLOWED WITHOUT A TICKET

  • NO COLLECTING, HARVESTING, OR REMOVING ANY FLORA OR FAUNA

  • NO GLASS - bring your drinks in aluminum or plastic please

  • NO FIREWORKS or explosives of any kind

  • NO ANIMALS, DOGS or PETS - if you bring animals you will be turned away at the gate

  • SERVICE ANIMALS - must be wearing owner ID Tags & Anti-Rabies Vaccination Tags

  • NO MOTORIZED RECREATIONAL VEHICLES (Including: ATVs, Golf Carts, or UTVs)

  • NO UNDERAGE DRINKING

  • NO DRIVING around event grounds

  • SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH THROUGHOUT THE GROUNDS

  • NO DRINKING & DRIVING

  • NO UNAUTHORIZED VENDING

  • CAMPFIRES not allowed

  • NO DUMPING OR LITTERING

  • LEAVE-NO-TRACE – Leave Astral Valley better than you found it & RECYCLE

  • DO NOT REMOVE ANY ARTIFACTS FROM THE GROUNDS

  • DO NOT CUT DOWN, HARM OR SCAR ANY TREES

  • DO NOT VANDALIZE OR CAUSE DESTRUCTION TO ANYTHING

  • BIKES will be allowed, but must be well lit up for your safety if using them at night

  • RAIN or SHINE Event

  • TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, non-refundable & non-returnable

  • RESPECT the beauty of Astral Valley, please use recycling bins & consider your neighbors

  • LISTEN TO & Respect all Staff, Security & Volunteers, your safety is our #1 concern

  • NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OF ANY KIND

  • ALL PERSONS BEHAVING IN AN ILLEGAL, OFFENSIVE OR DISORDERLY FASHION WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUNDS WITHOUT REFUND. Violators will be ejected & are subject to prosecution under local, state, & federal laws.
